Terms of Service — FilmCraft Companion

By downloading, accessing, or using FilmCraft Companion, provided by Spirish (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. License & Acceptable Use

Spirish grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FilmCraft Companion on devices you own or control in accordance with Google Play and Apple App Store rules. You agree not to reverse engineer, abuse, scrape, or interfere with our services or APIs.

2. Accounts & Subscriptions

Where FilmCraft Companion offers user accounts or optional Pro subscriptions, billing and renewals are handled directly by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period in your Google Play or Apple ID subscription settings.

3. Health, Fitness & Educational Disclaimers

FilmCraft Companion provides informational, productivity, fitness-tracking, or language-practice tools only and does not provide medical, clinical, legal, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting new health or exercise regimens.

4. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

FilmCraft Companion is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spirish’s aggregate liability arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for FilmCraft Companion in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

5. Termination & Account Deletion

You may stop using FilmCraft Companion at any time. We may suspend access that violates these Terms or abuses backend resources.
