Terms of Service — Sunrise Alarm

By downloading, accessing, or using Sunrise Alarm, provided by Spirish (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. License & Acceptable Use

Spirish grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sunrise Alarm on devices you own or control in accordance with Google Play and Apple App Store rules. You agree not to reverse engineer, abuse, scrape, or interfere with our services or APIs.

2. Accounts & Subscriptions

Where Sunrise Alarm offers user accounts or optional Pro subscriptions, billing and renewals are handled directly by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period in your Google Play or Apple ID subscription settings.

3. Health, Fitness & Educational Disclaimers

Sunrise Alarm provides informational, productivity, fitness-tracking, or language-practice tools only and does not provide medical, clinical, legal, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting new health or exercise regimens.

4. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

Sunrise Alarm is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spirish’s aggregate liability arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for Sunrise Alarm in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

5. Termination & Account Deletion

You may stop using Sunrise Alarm at any time and delete your account via spirish.com/sunrise/delete-account. We may suspend access that violates these Terms or abuses backend resources.
